Makes: 1 small square ice-cream dish

Preparation time: 10 minutes

  • 625ml cake flour
  • 375ml boiling water
  • 125ml salt
  • 45ml oil
  • food colouring

Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic. Store it in the refrigerator until required.
