- - handful of Italian parsley, chopped
- 80ml - Parmesan cheese, grated

Serve as a fragrant side order with a braai, a pasta or even a light salad meal.
Preheat the oven to 220°C and mix the parsley and Parmesan cheese into the garlic butter.
Make incisions in the baguette – try not to cut right through – and place dollops of the butter in the incisions.
Wrap the baguette in foil (shiny side inside).
Place the baguette in the oven for 20 minutes, then open the foil. Bake for another five minutes to give the bread a crisp texture. Serve warm.
