Banana, honey and apple smoothie

Ingredients
  • 300ml - plain yoghurt
  • 2 - ripe bananas, halved
  • 30ml - peanut butter
  • 400ml - low fat milk
  • 2 - apples, peeled and coarsely grated
  • 30ml - honey
Method
A taste sensation to start your day.
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend for about 1 minute. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Makes: 1-2 litres.
