Ingredients
- 1 - lemon, halved
- - castor sugar
- 250g - berries (use a variety)
- - fresh mint leaves
- 4 - celery stalks, cut into thin strips
- 1 - litre cranberry juice
- - soda water to serve
Method
A refreshing thirst-quencher for a sizzling hot day.
Run one lemon half along the rim of a glass jug and then press the rim into castor sugar for a frosted finish. Squeeze the juice of this lemon half into the jug.
Cut the other lemon half into thin slices and add to the jug, along with the berries, mint leaves, and celery sticks. Pour over the cranberry juice and serve with soda water.
