  • 1.00handful - raspberries
  • 1.00handful - blueberries
  • 2.00handfuls of strawberries - handfuls of strawberries
  • 1.00 - banana
  • 30.00ml - honey
  • 300.00ml - low-fat milk
  • 300.00ml - vanilla sorbet
Method
Fruit
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Makes: 2 litres.
