Ingredients
- 2.00cloves - garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1.00 - red onion, finely chopped
- 1.00 - red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
- 1.00lime - juice of 1 lime
- 1.00lemon - juice of 1 lemon
- 3.00ml - freshly chopped coriander leaves, to taste
- 4.00ml - salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Mix all the ingredients, apart from the
avocado, in a mixing bowl. Add the avocado
and carefully mash with a fork until
thoroughly mixed. Serve.
