Ingredients
- 60ml - honey
- 90g - butter
- 80ml - brown sugar
- 125ml - cake flour
Method
The perfect amount of crunchy sweetness.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Heat the honey, butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over a low heat until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and add the flour until the mixture is smooth.
Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a greased baking tray covered with greased baking paper and flatten them slightly with the back of a spoon. Bake for about 5 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
