Ingredients
  • 250g - fresh mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1 - banana
  • 15ml - coconut
  • 250ml - plain yoghurt
  • 150ml - milk or fruit juice of your choice

Fruit
Blend all the ingredients in a blender and serve the smoothies immediately.
