Pecan nut and chocolate splinter squares

Ingredients
  • 150.00g - pecan nuts, chopped
  • 200.00ml - chocolate splinters
  • 125.00ml - coconut
  • 397.00g - condensed milk
  • 125.00g - butter, melted
  • 125.00ml - biscuit crumbs (any biscuits of your choice will do)

Oven temperature: 180°C
1. Preheat the oven. Grease a 22 x 22cm baking tray.

2. Pour the cooled, melted butter into the baking tray. Sprinkle the biscuit crumbs over the layer of melted butter, followed by the chocolate splinters, coconut, pecan nuts and lastly the condensed milk. Do not stir.

3. Bake for about 30 minutes and leave aside to cool before cutting into squares.
