- 500.00ml - rocket
- 2.00cloves - garlic cloves
- 60.00ml - walnuts
- 180.00ml - Parmesan cheese
- 180.00ml - olive oil
- 5.00ml - fresh lemon juice

1. Place all the ingredients (apart
from the olive oil and lemon
juice) in a food processor and
purée to form a fine paste. Slowly
add the olive oil in a thin stream
while the machine is running.
Add the lemon juice once all the
oil has been added. Place the
pesto in a container and store it
in the refrigerator until required.
