Ingredients
  • 500.00ml - rocket
  • 2.00cloves - garlic cloves
  • 60.00ml - walnuts
  • 180.00ml - Parmesan cheese
  • 180.00ml - olive oil
  • 5.00ml - fresh lemon juice

1. Place all the ingredients (apart from the olive oil and lemon juice) in a food processor and purée to form a fine paste. Slowly add the olive oil in a thin stream while the machine is running. Add the lemon juice once all the oil has been added. Place the pesto in a container and store it in the refrigerator until required.
