- 250.00g - butter
- 500.00ml - cake flour
- 2.50ml - salt
- 2.50ml - baking powder
- 600.00ml - Cheddar cheese, finely grated
- 100.00ml - creamed honey
1. Cream the butter and add the flour, salt and baking powder. Mix thoroughly. Add the cheese and mix to form a dough. Roll the dough into balls and place them on greased baking trays. Make a hole in the middle of each ball with a wooden spoon but don?t go all the way through or the honey will run out. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until light brown.
2. Allow to cool and fill each hole with creamed honey before serving.
