Sweet melon and kiwi smoothie

Ingredients
  • 500.00ml - fruit juice (apple, mango or berry are good choices)
  • 10.00 - mint leaves
  • 40.00ml - wheat germ
  • 40.00ml - honey
  • 500.00ml - plain yoghurt
  • 4.00kiwi fruit - kiwi fruit, peeled and halved
  • 1.00sweet melon - sweet melon, peeled and the pips removed
Method
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor and serve in tall glasses. Makes: 2 litres.
