The best garlic salad dressing

  • 4cloves - of fresh garlic, finely chopped
  • 7 - oven-roasted garlic cloves
  • 5 - boiled garlic cloves
  • 1 - onion, finely chopped
  • 30ml - wholegrain mustard
  • - olive oil

Whisk all the ingredients in a food processor until the dressing thickens. Add more oil if it gets too thick.
