Ingredients
- 15ml - Carmién flower tea leaves
- 600ml - boiling water
- 15ml - honey, or to taste
- 1l - fresh fruit juice (berries, pomegranate or grapefruit work well)
Method
Put a little spring in your tea.
Mix the tea leaves with the boiling water and steep for 5 minutes.
Stir in the honey until dissolved and pour through a tea strainer.
Allow to cool completely. Mix with the fruit juice and refrigerate. We poured our tea over ice and garnished the glass with a slice of grapefruit and fresh raspberries.
