Toasted honey muesli

Ingredients
  • 4x 250ml - rolled oats
  • 250ml - whole almonds or walnuts, chopped
  • 250ml - pumpkin seeds
  • 125ml - dried apple rings, chopped
  • 125ml - dried apricots, cut
  • 150ml - honey
Method
Deliciously crisp and crunchy.
Preheat the oven180°C.

Mix the rolled oats, almonds or walnuts, pumpkin seeds, apple pieces, apricot pieces and honey in a mixing bowl.

Spread the mixture onto a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with Greek yoghurt and honey.
