- 500.00ml - almonds, unshelled and coarsely chopped
- 125.00ml - sesame seeds
- 125.00ml - honey
- 125.00ml - dried cranberries
- 125.00ml - dried figs, chopped

1. Preheat the oven. Mix the oats, almonds, sesame seeds and honey in a mixing bowl. Spread out the mixture on a baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Stir the mixture through and return it to the oven for about 10 minutes. Add the dried fruit and serve with yoghurt and fresh berries.
