1 Place all the ingredients in a juicer or use a stick blender and pulse until smooth.

2 Pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds* (about 50ml each). Freeze for at least 3 hours until hard.

3 To serve, dip the bottom of the moulds in hot water for just a few seconds and remove the ice lollies. Dip in melted chocolate and garnish with chopped pistachios; otherwise, roll them in nuts or even cake sprinkles. Enjoy immediately as they melt quickly!
