• 45 ml self-raising flour
• 15–30 ml brown sugar
• 15 ml cocoa
• 125 ml dark chocolate chips
• pinch of salt
• 45 ml milk
• 15 ml coconut oil
• 15 ml peanut butter
Spoon the dry ingredients into a coffee mug and stir until blended. Add the milk, oil and peanut butter and stir until it all comes together. Microwave for 2 minutes on high. Let the cake cool for a minute in the closed microwave. Decorate as desired and enjoy straight from the mug. We added a dollop of cream, marshmallow ears to match the bunny mug and caramel popcorn.
