- 6 - chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 - small red onion, cut into wedges
- 1 - small cauliflower, broken into florets
- 125ml - butter, melted
- 125ml - ground almonds
- 15ml - chicken masala
Thread the chicken pieces, onions and cauliflower onto the skewers. Mix the butter, almonds and masala together and brush over the kebabs.
Heat a griddle pan until piping hot and fry the sosaties until cooked through. Sprinkle with fresh coriander and serve as a snack. Greek yoghurt as a dipping sauce is an optional extra.
