Ingredients
- 30.00ml - butter
- 2 - onions, chopped
- 800.00g - cabbage, cut into quarters,stema removed and diced
- 80.00ml - seedless raisins, soaked in warm Rooibos tea
- - grated nutmeg, to taste
- - salt and ground pepper to taste
- 125.00ml - salted peanuts
Method

Melt the butter in a large
saucepan and braise the onion until
soft and translucent, but not brown.
Add the cabbage and stirfry for 2
to 3 minutes. Add 50ml water and
stirfry until the cabbage is tender,
but not wilted. Season lightly with
nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Drain raisins and stir into
cabbage. Dish into a warm serving
dish and sprinkle peanuts over.
