Method

Luxury croissants for breakfast. Delightful!

Grill the open croissants, spread with your favourite strong mustard, place a strip of smoky ham on top of each one as well as a spoonful of cheese sauce and a sprinkling of Gruyère.

Grill until the cheese is bubbling and enjoy immediately!
