Ingredients
- 16.00balls - mozzarella balls
- 1.00lemon - juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 150.00ml - olive oil
- 1.00chilli - red chilli, chopped
- 1.00cloves - garlic clove, chopped
- 50.00ml - honey
- 5.00ml - salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 20.00strips - grilled baby marrow strips (brushed with olive oil and cooked in a griddle pan)
- 5.00 - basil leaves
Method
Mozzarella cheese
1. Mix all the ingredients together, apart
from the grilled marrow strips and basil
leaves, and allow to stand for 1-2 hours.
2. To serve: Place a basil leaf on each mozzarella ball and wrap a marrow strip around it. Serve on a beautiful spoon.
