Ingredients
- 8.00peppers - red sweet peppers, halved and seeded
- 100.00ml - olive oil
- 5.00cloves - large garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 15.00ml - fresh thyme leaves
- 10.00ml - fresh origanum leaves
- 30.00ml - balsamic vinegar
Method

1. Slice the red sweet peppers
into strips. Heat the olive oil
in a frying pan and sauté
the peppers until soft (about
15 minutes). Add the garlic,
thyme and origanum and stir-fry
for another minute. Add the
balsamic vinegar and then set
aside until ready to serve.
