Ingredients

400g - spaghetti

15ml - oil

4 - firm fish fillets

1 - green chilli, chopped

3ml - fennel seeds

1 - garlic clove, chopped

1can - of chopped tomatoes

30ml - flat-leaf parsley, chopped

4 - anchovy fillets, finely chopped

15ml - capers
Method
Make this French inspired pasta dish in under 30 minutes.
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Heat the oil in a frying pan and then fry the fish, chilli, fennel seeds and garlic together until the fish is golden brown.
Add the tomatoes, parsley, anchovies and capers and stir-fry for a few minutes until fragrant. Pour over the pasta and enjoy.
