Ingredients
- 4.00 - smoked chicken breasts, sliced
- 2.00cloves - garlic cloves, chopped
- 2.00 - avocados, diced
- 1.00 - red chilli, chopped
- 1.00pinch - freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 500.00g - pasta
- 15.00ml - butter
- 250.00g - cream cheese or thick cream
- 250.00ml - Parmesan shavings
Method

1. Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water until al dente. Drain the pasta and add half the quantity of chicken slices.
2. Melt the butter and quickly fry the chilli and garlic for a minute before adding it to the pasta. Stir through the cream cheese or thick cream and season with freshly ground black pepper.
3. Place the pasta in warm serving dishes and arrange the remaining chicken slices and the avocado pieces on top. Garnish with Parmesan shavings and serve.
