Ingredients
- 250ml - cream cheese
- 250ml - good quality mayonnaise
- 125ml - Parmesan cheese, grated
- 125ml - mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 - green chillies, seeded and chopped
- 4 - spring onions, chopped
- - zest of 1 lemon
- 3 - sprigs oregano, leaves stripped
- 1 - tin artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
Method
So warm and fluffy, everyone will want a bite.
Preheat oven to 180°C. Beat the cream cheese and mayonnaise together until creamy. Stir in the Parmesan, Mozzarella, chilli, spring onions, lemon zest and oregano.
Spoon this over the artichoke hearts, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 30-40 mins or until golden brown. Serve with pita bread.
