- 320.00g - rolled oats
- 100.00g - whole almonds or walnuts, chopped
- 100.00g - pumpkin seeds
- 75.00ml - dried apple rings, chopped
- 75.00ml - dried apricots, cut
- 150.00ml - honey

Oven temperature: 180°C
1. Preheat the oven. Mix the rolled oats, almonds or walnuts, pumpkin seeds, apple pieces, apricot pieces and honey in a mixing bowl.
2. Spread the mixture onto a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with Greek yoghurt and honey.
