Ingredients
- 1 x 500 g - packet self-raising flour
- 1 x 410 g - tin SPAR evaporated milk
- 1 x 410 g - tin SPAR whole-kernel corn
Method
1 Preheat the oven to 180 °C and grease a loaf tin.
2 Mix all the ingredients together and place in the loaf tin.
3 Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
4 Allow to cool completely before removing from the loaf tin.
5 Serve with butter.
