Ingredients
- 1 - large SPAR Freshline onion, diced
- 1 x 250 g - sliced SPAR Freshline mushrooms
- 500 g - tenderised steak, sliced
- 1 x 250 ml - Nando’s Pepper Sauce
- 500 ml (2 cups) - SPAR fresh cream
Method
1 Brown the onion and mushrooms until soft.
2 Add the steak and cook in oil until the steak is to your liking.
3 Stir in the pepper sauce and then the cream.
4 Allow everything to cook through and serve with SPAR white Basmati rice.
