Ingredients
- 4 - fillets of fresh fish, cut into fingers
- 60ml - flour
- 30ml - butter
- - lemon juice to taste
- 1 - small crisp lettuce, shredded
- 1 - small cabbage, shredded
- 1 - large carrot, grated
- 3 - radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 - red onion, thinly sliced
- 200g - cherry tomatoes, halved
- - wasabi mayonnaise
- - guacamole
- 12 - tacos
Method
Fill the tacos as desired.
1. Roll the fish in flour and season with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the fish until crispy and cooked through. Season with lemon juice.
2. Make the coleslaw Mix the lettuce, cabbage, carrot, radishes and onion.
3. Fill the tacos as desired. Start with the coleslaw, followed by the fish, a spoonful of wasabi mayonnaise, tomatoes and finally the guacamole. Serve immediately.
