Hester’s meatballs

Ingredients
  • 500 g - SPAR lean beef mince
  • 1 - SPAR Freshline onion, grated
  • 1 - SPAR egg
  • 2 - slices of wholewheat brown bread
  • - Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 15 ml (1 Tbsp) - chutney
  • 15 ml (1 Tbsp) - vinegar
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) - mixed herbs
  • - Olive oil, to fry
Method

1 Mix all the ingredients together and form into meatballs.

2 Fry in a pan in hot oil.
