Ingredients
- 410 g - apricot jam
- 250 ml (1 cup) - SPAR mayonnaise
- 1 packet - SPAR brown onion soup
- - SPAR select drum and thigh chicken pieces (8 pieces)
Method
1 Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
2 Mix the jam, mayonnaise and brown onion soup together.
3 Place the chicken in a baking tray. Pour the sauce over and cover the tray with foil.
4 Bake covered for 45 minutes.
5 Remove the foil and bake for a further 15 minutes to brown the chicken and allow the sauce to become sticky.
