‘Primavera’, a new Lavandula stoechas variety (also known as Spanish lavender), is a compact, upright plant that bears small purple flowers relished by butterflies. Unlike other spring-flowering stoechas varieties, this lavender blooms from summer through to autumn.

Hardy and drought-tolerant, it is perfect for growing in a pot but make sure the soil drains well. In the garden, it should not be overwatered or planted in heavy clay-type soil. Cut off the spent flowers to encourage new blooms.
