You will need

  • wooden rings
  • template
  • carbon paper
  • pen
  • Woodoc Colours Ebony and Full Moon
  • Woodoc Water-Borne FLOOR Clear Matt
  • mixing bowls
  • artist paintbrushes
  • drill with 4mm drill bit
  • string

Here's how

Download and print the template.

Use the carbon paper and pen to trace the images onto the wooden rings.

Mix about 50ml of Woodoc Water-Borne FLOOR with the two Woodoc Colours in separate bowls.

Carefully paint the images with the Woodoc mixtures.

You can also paint some easy patterns or shapes freehand, as we did with the snowflake.

Drill a small hole through the wooden rings and thread a piece of string through the holes so you can hang your decorations on the Christmas tree.

7 To make these ornaments last longer, you can seal them with Woodoc Water-Borne FLOOR Clear Matt once the patterns you painted on them have dried.
