- 300ml - plain yoghurt
- 2 - ripe bananas, halved
- 30ml - peanut butter
- 400ml - low fat milk
- 2 - apples, peeled and coarsely grated
- 30ml - honey
Method
A taste sensation to start your day.
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend for about 1 minute. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
