1 Trim any excess fat off the meat and cut into small cubes. Fry the fat in a heavy-bottomed pan to grease the pan. Brush the steak with the olive oil on both sides and season with salt and pepper. Fry the meat in the prepared pan until golden-brown.
2 Stir the cauliflower into the pan and fry with the meat until both are done to your liking.
3 Add the harissa paste to the pan for the final two minutes and stir through the meat and cauliflower until everything is well coated. Remove from the heat and allow the meat to rest.
