Who better to ask than Andrew Wheeldon – a rider who has recorded an incredible 27 Cape Town Cycle Tours under three hours. In total, Andrew has completed 36 Cycle Tours since 1981. And some of them were very comfortably Sub-Three. Among Andrew’s 27, he boasts a 2:30min (1991), a 2:39min (1995), and a 2:44min (1986).
