Italians obsess with equal passion about cycling and design. The country has produced some of the most iconic riders, frame builders and apparel brands.

A long history

Pirelli has been in the bicycle tyre business for 150 years. Despite the hiatus between 1992 and 2017, Pirelli has been a strong presence in cycling tyres.

With its P Zero Race 150°, Pirelli's product team brings classic Italian graphics and legacy to a contemporary casing.

Detail obsessed followers of the Giro d'Italia, would have noticed the new tyres on the Trek-Segafredo team bikes. With their Grand Tour debut complete, customer orders are ready to be fulfilled.

The P Zero Race 150° is a clincher-type road bike tyre, featuring Pirelli's SmartEVO compound. Riders can use these tyres for endurance training sessions and races.

Made in Italy - not Asia

Engineers at Pirelli formulated the P Zero Race 150° to have a predictable balance of grip in wet or dry conditions, without an undue increase in rolling resistance.

The casing has a 120 TPI nylon structure that should deliver the supplest ride comfort and undiluted steering feedback across various road surfaces. Using such a high thread count material structure, the P Zero Race 150° tyres can shape and form with road surface imperfections, reducing rider fatigue.

These new tyres adhere to the latest trends in road bike tyres, where riders are embracing wider casing sizes for better comfort. The available sizes are 700x26c and 700x28c.

Pirelli's P Zero Race 150° is also a proudly Italian product. Reshoring has been a strategic imperative of Pirelli's business for the last few years and the P Zero Race 150° is produced in its revamped Bollate facility.
