  • So grab your leggings and your besties and get ready to work up a sweat while partying hard.


Taking place at Montecasino in Johannesburg on 13 August and GrandWest in Cape Town on 29 October, it's bright lights, pumping music, and six of the hottest express workouts packed into a single night - Fitness Night.

Here's what you need to know:

Everyone is welcome

No matter your fitness level, this event is a great way to get out there, mingle, have fun, and of course, get that heart rate up as you feel the burn.

Six classes to join

There will be six classes on the night, ranging from HIIT to Yoga.

Saturday Night Fitness Joburg will kick off with a fun workout routine before moving into an exciting HIIT class led by Queen Fitnass Mapule Ndhlovu. Participants will wind down with a sunset yoga session with Wardah Hartley before getting that heart rate up again with a dance class presented by Planet Fitness. The night will end with an unmissable fit-finale and DJ Junglegum.

What you should bring along

Make sure you have a yoga mat or towel to sit and don't forget to bring along your water bottle to remain hydrated. Oh, and don't forget your sunscreen.
