Today, many non-invasive body-contouring treatments claim to remove unwanted fat and give you the desired shape without going under the knife - but there is a catch.

A body-contouring treatment is not designed to encourage significant weight loss. While it may help with isolated fat pockets, it is not recommended for obese patients or those who want to lose more than a few kilograms.
