What is wrong with me?

Hi can you tell me about sugar levels because at night when I come home from work then I just feel tired, lazy and light-headed like someone who wants to faint.

Hi there

Extreme hunger (and low blood sugar) can come with shakiness, tiredness and headaches. There are other conditions that may make you feel like this though.

Do you eat regularly throughout the day? Or do you generally only eat at night? If you are eating at least three good meals per day, and a snack in between if necessary, then there is probably another cause.

All the best,
