Clinical psychologist Dr Glen Hosking explains: "Stress is a normal part of our day-to day lives, but anxiety becomes a problem when it starts impacting our functioning. Or we may find we're so anxious that we don't want to go to class and we start to avoid socialising. All of these are indicators that normal stress has become more chronic anxiety, and it's at this point that we should consider getting some help."
