I want to talk about the oxymoron that to feel well about challenging situations in our lives, the best thing to do is often to stay calm and do nothing at that moment.

Often, when we have difficulty, we think that our feelings, such as sadness, anger, and pain, are spurring us to try to get rid of them as soon as possible.

However, we have to evaluate where our feelings are coming from instead.
