When I was walking the struggle path to personal transformation, everything was stressful for me.

People, worries, fears for the future, and so many other things stressed me out. I was anxious, angry, upset, hopeless, and it seemed to me as if everything was coming at me from the outside, and I had no choice but to react.

I spent a lot of time feeling unwell because of everything out there. In my worldview, I didn't understand how I was working to create my feeling experience.It was only years later, when I learned about how my mind creates my feeling experience, that I started to ride the wave of my life in a comfortable and freeway.
