I used to spend a lot of time feeling unhappy anxious, stressed, and afraid. In my worldview I didn't understand how I was working to create my experience. It seemed to me like everything was coming at me from the outside, and I had no choice but to feel as I did.

However, I started to ride the wave of my life in a stress-free way after I learnt how to work with stress and realise that I had some control over how I was feeling.
