Rian realises Pippa still clings to the past, Zadie found Okkie’s weak spot and revels in exposing it and Susanna’s shocking condition keeps her in Pretoria for the time being.
Quinton feels that everyone is expecting him to make a big sacrifice - something that he doesn’t really want to do. Zadie’s plan with the computer programme backfires.

Elvis Blue’s visit to the hospital leaves Zadie feeling grumpy. Jan is hurt by Bea’s decision. While a decision is being made on whether or not to permit the donation, a comment starts making Quinton unsure about the whole situation.
Jan doesn’t like Gideon’s persistent involvement in his family’s life and Zadie’s first meeting with Elvis Blue is disastrous. Everyone is waiting to hear news on how the transplant went.
Jan feels more and more like an outsider when it comes to his kids and the liver transplant delivers complications. Gideon realises that At is looking for someone to blame and Zadie is eager to be a part of the fundraising - in the process she rubs up a few doctors in the wrong way.
Zadie’s dream is realised and Susanna asks Quinton for a favour. Gideon hears that Jan is giving Oom Wimpie financial advice, and Daleen is worn out. Elvis Blue is ignored, and someone thinks Jan is up to no good again.
Rian puts At in his place by refusing to investigate At’s allegations further. Bea and Jan try to put out the fires after the prize-giving, and Elvis Blue breathes new life into someone’s dreams.
