During a chat on Josh Smith’s Make It Reign podcast, the model-turned-actress revealed a boob job is something she’s wanted since childhood due to her insecurity about her looks.

“It comes from a place of deep insecurity,” the Paper Towns star said of her secret desire to have breast augmentation. “Like ever since I was a kid, I was like, ‘I wanna have a boob job, my boobs are uneven. I don’t like my nose.’

“I’ve gotten close to thinking about it and luckily at that moment go, ‘Well, if I was to do it, then I don’t think I could be honest about it.’ And then that would be a problem because I just think that young girls or young boys need to know that some things aren’t naturally obtainable.”

The British beauty, who has modelled for lingerie brand, Victoria’s Secret, went on to say that it was “sad” few stars talk about having plastic surgery as people shouldn’t feel bad about enhancing their looks - but should be wary of setting unrealistic beauty standards.

Revealing her acting career was another reason for delaying; she added, “I can’t wait to have something done, and I don’t know when it would be because I have to act and the problem is I can’t not move my face.”

Cara confessed that she would have had work done already if she did not represent what I represent in terms of her status as a quirky, natural beauty who believes she inspires fans by being honest.

While many stars keep any cosmetic procedures they have had a secret, others, like Dolly Parton, Khloe Kardashian, Ashley Tisdale, and Cardi B, have come clean about having work done to enhance their looks.
