For obtaining results in the top 5% in several subjects, Michaela Noelle van der Waag from Curro Langebaan and Woodhill College's Megan van der Walt made the IEB's Outstanding Achiever's list.
Making the IEB's Commendable Achievements was Grantleigh pupil Kenzo Sandenbergh, who scored in the top 5% in 5 subjects.
Other outstanding achievers include Elizabeth Montgomery from Curro Hermanus, who achieved 100% in Engineering, Graphics and Design, and Lana de Waal from Curro Langebaan, who scored a similar result for Mathematics.
Andries Greyling, Curro Holdings CEO, says he is "extremely proud" of the results.
"For our 2021 matrics, it is the second year in which they have experienced disruptions to their studies, and the results shows the calibre of these learners. We commend our learners who have proven that they have talent and the acumen to produce remarkable results, despite circumstances beyond their control".
