Kylie Jenner sometimes spends three hours in the makeup chair before an event or photoshoot. To promote her new 24k Birthday Collection, the beauty mogul and her longtime makeup artist Ariel Tejada sat down to discuss the products in a new YouTube video.

Reflecting on their professional relationship, Ariel noted that he sometimes finds it frustrating when Kylie doesn't always give him her "full attention" and attempts to look at her phone while he's doing her makeup."I work on my phone all day," the reality TV star explained.

"The only way I'm gonna get through three and a half hours of makeup with you is if I entertain myself a little."

While Kylie sometimes gets distracted during the lengthy glam sessions, she truly loves collaborating with the makeup expert on new looks.

"At the end, I'm happy. You know it's – every second is worth it, but he takes forever. He takes forever," she smiled, to which Ariel gushed: "You always make it a fun environment. She's created such a beautiful family within all of us. It's not just: 'Come and do your job,' type thing. It's like we're all a family, and we're all in here to do this together."

Kylie Cosmetics' 24k Birthday Collection features a pressed powder palette, lip serum, lip lacquer set, and face highlighter, and it's available for sale.

"I couldn't be more excited to share these new products with you guys, and I just know you will fall in love with all these formulas," she says, speaking of the collection on her Instagram page. "I'm so excited for you guys to get your hands on these brand new formulas."

The new limited edition range is created to celebrate Kylie's 24th birthday.

The businesswoman has been teasing the collection for the past two weeks by releasing photographs of herself dressed in all-gold outfits to correspond with the theme, but, at the time, she refused to give too much away in terms of the products she'd been working on.

Kylie shared close-ups of the items she'd created - including a body glow liquid highlighter, lip lacquers in various shades, a hydrating lip serum with subtle gold flakes, a highly-pigmented eyeshadow palette, a new liquid eyeliner duo and an All Over Gloss.

Meanwhile, the star took to Instagram to share a picture of her and her three-year-old daughter Stormi and appeared to announce her new business venture not too long ago.

Alongside the cute snap, she wrote on Instagram, "Bath time with @kyliebaby."

Though Kylie gave no details about her upcoming line, last year, she filed applications to trademark Kylie Baby in the areas of skincare products — like moisturisers, lotions, body oils, body gels and more — as well as cribs, strollers, diaper bags, baby bottles and clothing.
