It's been a long yet rewarding road for local parents Amrish Surujballie and Sarika Srikissoon, who recently welcomed triplets after years of trying to conceive.
The two boys and girl were born on 4 May via C-section, which just so happened to be their mom's birthday.
And to make things just a little sweeter, the first-time parents also celebrated their wedding anniversary on 28 April, making April and May one giant celebration in their family.
"Our hearts are overflowing with joy," Sarika said.

'A surprise bonus'
Sharing their fertility journey, the couple says they've been trying to conceive for four years working with Dr Sagie Naidu, a fertility specialist at the Durban Fertility Clinic, based at Netcare St Augustine's Hospital.
Initially, Sarika says she thought she was expecting twins, but further into her pregnancy her doctor would discover an even bigger surprise.
"When we found out about my pregnancy both my husband and I were so excited... I was aware that I was expecting twins from early on in the pregnancy, but when our obstetrician, Dr Sagie Naidu, confirmed that it was triplets, it was a surprise bonus for us".
For dad Amrish, the years of trying have been well worth it, adding that he had been "looking forward" to seeing his wife celebrate her first Mother's Day with their "little bundles of joy".
The couple also expressed their gratitude to the medical staff at Netcare St Augustine's Hospital for their assistance and support.
"The nurses and doctors at Netcare St Augustine's Hospital have been incredible. They have made my wife and I feel so comfortable throughout the process".
